INTERIOR RULES OF “Résidence Lou Portalou”

1.common:

  1. SWIMMING POOL – for residents only and at their own risk. Leave shoes outside, footbath and shower, proper bathing costume required. (no shorts)
    NOT ALLOWED: suncream, animals, eating, spitting, smoking, ball games, mattress, people with contagious diseases or skin diseases are not allowed in the water.
  2. green space: respect the green grass, flowers, plants and  playground please
  3. PARKING : one parkingplace with flat number, other cars must park outside. Space for handicaps must stay free.
    Caravan, mobilehome, trailers with boats are not admitted inside the residence. Private trailers can park near the
    electric transformator.
  4. CLEANLINESS : Domestic waste in plastic bags must be dropped in the container behind parking 134. Glass, paper, cardboard, green waste must be dropped in containers along the tennis courts. Bins in the garden are not for household rubbish.
  5. Animals: owners of flat 134 do not allow pets.  But they are allowed in private properties on condition that they are held on a leash and no dirtying grounds inside the residence
  6. Playground: swings for children and table tennis (ping pong) for residents. But rollerskates, bicycle, ball games, dart games, or any dangerous games are NOT allowed inside the residence.

2 Private property :

    • Insurance: each owner or tenant has his own insurance against disasters and third party

    • Noise: please respect other people wanting to rest  between 22h and 7h

    • Fence: the hight of the fence is 1,75m

    • Maintenance: nothing can be changed to the outside of the building without consent of the body corperate, even the original colour of the windows and shutters must be the same (ask the ref.nr. of paint)

    • Tenants must be informed about the rules and regulations of the co-owners and behavior of swimming pool users.

    • Windows and balcony: washing can not be hang in view of others, use our small folding dryer in the cupboard by the entrance.
